With over 10 years of leadership in UX design and mentorship, I made the transition from development to user experience design with a Masters in User Experience Design. I believe, to get the best possible result, users must be involved throughout the entire design process. In my current role, I lead user research and manage products for Honeywell's Aerospace team in Atlanta. As a founding leader of IxDA's Atlanta chapter, I helped build the group from a few hundred people to our current membership of almost 3 thousand people. IxDA Atlanta celebrates our 10 year anniversary in May of next year.
