Laura Salisbury

Experience Architect at Salesforce

As a Design Strategist for Salesforce's newly formed Employee Innovation Studio, Laura leads strategic research and design initiatives focused on improving the employee experience and supporting those employees provide a world class customer experience.

Laura has an undergraduate degree in business from Purdue University, a Master’s in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech, and is also a certified life coach, which allows her to approach problems with a wide lens, always considering how the customer experience can be shaped through alignment across touchpoints and applying service design methodologies to deliver innovative outcomes for her clients.

Within the San Francisco community she is a co-founder of Ladies that UX San Francisco and is active in the female founders community.
